I'm really doing this!

All I can say is WOW, I AM really doing this! Early this year, I wound up in a position to leave my career in Project/Program management and Leadership in IT companies and decided to make a big move. Give up the mindless monotony of the home office and pursue the world of food!

As luck would have it, a few months later a friend introduced me to Barbara Christophilopoulos, owner and proprietor of Makin' Bacon. Yes, Makin' Bacon - the wondrous bacon laden SVRC booth, and Makin' Bacon truck often found at the Midland Farmer's Market serving their world famous breakfast burritos (among many other places!) along with a small trailer to boot! I'm busting! Barbara welcomed me on board and is mentoring me in the world of small food business, including all things mobile!

Along with the expert consultants of the Small Business Development Center, as well as many, many online resources, I am on my way baby!

Oh and I recently completed my ServSafe Manager Certification to make sure everyone I potentially serve is kept healthy and happy!
